The official website for Kenji Nagasaki and Bones' No. 6 television anime series began streaming the anime's second trailer on Thursday. In Atsuko Asano's novels that inspired the anime, a boy named Shion (voiced by Yūki Kaji) once lived in an exclusive elite area in "No. 6," a future model city in 2013. On the night of his 12th birthday, he rescued "Nezumi" (Yoshimasa Hosoya), a boy who ran away from the city's Special Security Area. From that moment on, Shion's life was changed forever. The anime will premiere in Japan on July 7.

The "Dennōka Box" Blu-ray Disc release of Solid State Society will include the new shorts in 3D on July 22.
The Funimation blog updated with a streaming trailer for Madhouse's Trigun: Badlands Rumble movie on Thursday. The film will play in 42 theaters across Canada on June 22, and the American theater list will be announced in the coming weeks.
Trigun: Badlands Rumble follows the main character, Vash the Stampede, 20 years after a bank heist from the robber Gasback on a remote planet in the near future. Vash is a wanted man and his presence draws bounty hunters looking to claim the $300,000,000 reward on his head.
