Queen's Blade Utsukushiki Tōshi-tachi OVA 5-6 Delayed

The Japanese production company Media Factory has announced on Wednesday that the release schedule for the last two volumes of the Queen's Blade Utsukushiki Tōshi-tachi original video anime (OVA) series have each been delayed one month in Japan "due to production issues." Volume 5 will ship on January 26, 2011 instead of December 22, 2010. Volume 6 will ship on February 23, 2011 instead of January 26, 2011. The premium channel AT-X has accordingly delayed its preview showings of these volumes in Japan.
The first two volumes are already on sale in Japan, and the third is shipping this week. Media Blasters licensed the two earlier Queen's Blade television series for North America, but no license for the Utsukushiki Tōshi-tachi series has been announced in the region.
