Japan's Animation TV Ranking, September 13-19

GeGeGe no Nyōbō (Spooky Wife), the live-action television drama adaptation of an autobiographical essay book by GeGeGe no Kītarō author Shigeru Mizuki's wife Nunoe Mura, ran on Thursday, September 16 at 8:00 a.m. and earned a 21.9 rating.
The second live-action television series based on Satoru Hiura's Hotaru no Hikari women's romance manga ended on Wednesday, September 15 at 10:00 p.m. with a 17.0 rating.
The first live-action movie based on Shuho Sato's Umizaru coast guard manga earned a 14.0 rating when it re-ran on Saturday, September 18 at 21:00. The third Umizaru film, Umizaru: The Last Message opened in Japanese theaters that same weekend at #1.
