Kindaichi's Kanari, Baka-Kyoudai's Adachi Start Manga

Shueisha's Business Jump magazine has announced on Wednesday that manga creator Yōzaburō Kanari (Kindaichi Case Files, Gimmick!) and artist Tetsu Adachi (Baka-Kyoudai, Weather Woman) are starting a new manga called Shusendō in the next issue on December 16. The manga centers on a reunion between a young man who moved to Tokyo to become a movie director, and his first girlfriend who is now an actress. The story deals with the "money and lies" that surround movie-making.
Tokyopop published the Kindaichi Case Files manga from Kanari and artist Fumiya Sato in North America, while Viz Media released Kanari and Kuroko Yabuguchi's Gimmick! manga. Central Park Media's CPM Manga imprint published Weather Woman. Kindaichi Case Files, Weather Woman, and Baka-Kyoudai have all been adapted into anime.
