Media Blasters Launches Free Alteil Web Card Game

Media Blasters and CoreEdge have announced that they will launch the Japanese online fantasy card game Alteil in the United States this Friday. The game's cards features artwork from model art creator Yūji Kaida (Godzilla, Gundam), character designer Katsuya Terada (Blood: The Last Vampire, Hellboy film), and other prominent Japanese illustrators. As of last year, there were 450,000 players in Japan for this web-based game, which requires no fees or downloads to play. The game is officially scheduled to go live in the United States on Friday, although the website is already accepting new registrations.
