Only First 3 Episodes of Gurren Lagann to be Streamed

ADV Films has contacted ANN to clarify the statements originally made on the online "First Look" preview of Gurren Lagann, the recent robot anime series from the Japanese studio Gainax. Contrary to what was originally stated, ADV Films will only be making the first three episodes of Gurren Lagann available via The Anime Network website. However, the company adds that other series in the First Look program will receive longer, possibly complete, online broadcasts in the future.
ADV Films states, "Not all programs would be broadcast in their entirety in subtitled form. For example, at this time only three episodes of Gurren Lagann are scheduled for subtitled broadcast. Other series in the pipeline will receive longer runs, and even full series broadcast, through First Look. ADV regrets the misunderstanding."
