Air Theme Plagiarised

A CD titled "The Best of Shaun Yu (永邦"『珍愛真愛』風行精選集(新歌+精選))" recently released earlier this month by Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Taiwan) (product ID 82876727562), features a piano-only music called "Melody (原創風行版)." Melody, the 14th track on the CD, is extremely similar to Tori no Uta (鳥の詩), the opening theme song of Air.
Melody is listed on the CD as an original piece composed by Yu.
Fans of Air have said that Melody is virtually identical to Tori no Uta and have accused Yu of plagiarism.
Tori no Uta was composed by Key, and fans of Air / Key have brought the issue up on the forum on Key's Official website, however no official response has yet been made by Key.
