New York-Tokyo Film Festival

New York-Tokyo has announced their first annual film festival featuring The Animatrix, Junkers Come Here, The Voices of a Distant Star
The first annual New York - Tokyo Anime Festival will take place in New York City on the weekend of June 13th. The festival will feature live action and Anime from Japan, along with numerous guests, including Andy Jones and Dai Miyazaki.
The festival will also include the North American Premiere of two of Hideaki Anno's live action movies, Love & Pop and Ritual, and numerous live action films from other noteworthy directors such as Takashi Miike, Sogo Ishii and others...
The Animatrix, Junkers Come Here and The Voices of a Distant Star are the only Anime properties currently scheduled to be screened.
