Beckett Expands Pokemon Publication to cover Anime

Beckett Pokémon Collector becomes Beckett Pokémon & Anime Collector
Beckett announced today that they will be renaming their popular publication, "Beckett Pokémon Collector" to "Beckett Pokémon & Anime Collector" in order to reflect the magazine's growing non-Pokémon content.
The Magazine has been including non-Pokémon related material in its second half for a while now, but along with the name change, Beckett plans to increase the amount of coverage given to Anime other than Pokémon.
Excerpts from Press Release:
The popularity of Japanese anime continues to grow in the U.S. and Canada, even beyond the well-liked Pokémon, Dragon Ball Z and Yu-Gi-Oh! properties. So, to better serve its readership and capture fans of lesser-known anime imports, Beckett Pokémon Collector magazine is expanding its editorial coverage and changing its name to Beckett Pokémon & Anime Collector. The change becomes effective with the February 2003 issue (issue #42).
The move is only natural given the falling popularity of Pokémon, publications dedicated exlusively to Pokémon are not likely to continue to remain successful.
