Anime USA Guest List

Anime USA has announced Hidenori Matsubara as a new guest of honor. His works include being animation director on the Oh My Goddess! and Sakura Wars OAVs, as well as director for Otaku no Video.

Anime USA 2002, scheduled to be held in Vienna, Virginia, on October 11-13 is proud to announce that well-known Japanese animator Hidenori Matsubara will be a guest of the convention. Mr. Matsubara has worked as a character designer and animation director on the Oh My Goddess! and Sakura Wars OAV's, animation director on Gainax's Otaku no Video, and animator on Wings of Honneamise, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ranma 1/2, Macross II and other anime.
Other guests include voice actors Scott McNeil, Amy Howard Wilson and Kelli
Butler; industry professionals Scott Frazier and Keith Burgess; Studio
Ironcat, Temple Studios and Austell Callwood.
