Right Stuf International has announced tentative release dates for Boogiepop Phantom.
Each volume will be available on Dubbed VHS ($19.98)and Hybrid DVD ($29.95) on the same. The DVD will feature a Dolby Stereo (DD 2.0) Japanese track and the English Track in DD2.0 and 5.1. A boxed Set will also be released for $69.95 on VHS and $99.95 on DVD.

Beginning 9/25, each volume of the show will be simultaneously released on VHS and Bilingual DVD. For those of you DVD fans, the show's audio has been remixed into Dolby Digitial 5.1 audio.
Story
