posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Plenty of fan websites ask its readers to pick which series is most deserving of a sequel, whether its an anime original work or any series that remains strong in viewers hearts. If you clicked on either of those links, you might find one thing in common with the results: fans really want more Tiger & Bunny. Well, animation studio Sunrise operates its own fan-targeted website called Yatate Bunko and it asked the same question, albeit limited to works created by Sunrise. If you still aren't following, Sunrise made Tiger & Bunny, so the you can guess what the site's readers chose as the number one choice.

The series was also crowned in the Anisong Top 100 and NHK's best anime series of all time. All the evidence is there but all fans have gotten recently is a new voiced drama CD.

The poll's second top choice is Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion which was recently approved for a compilation film trilogy and Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection) sequel project, so at least someone's wishes were granted.

The third choice was Phi-Brain - Puzzle of God, the three season puzzle adventure series that aired from 2011-2013. The full list is below.

  1. Tiger & Bunny
  2. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion

For example, the head of Phi-Brain mentioned that the staff are working on a fifth anniversary project. The head of the Kanzen Shouri Daiteioh said they are looking to see if they can do anything for the project's fans and asked them to support the Zettai Muteki Raijin-Oh Gojigen: Teikoku no Gyakushū manga for now.
