Snow Miku Sky Town Reveals Gorgeous Miku Kimono Figure

Snow Miku Sky Town, the shopping area in The New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido, is one of three retailers selling a gorgeous Hatsune Miku figure starting on February 1. The 1/8-scale figure depicts the virtual idol looking serene in a red kimono with cranes printed on the fabric. She carries a parasol by a spray of mums and roses while a bird alights on her hand.
The figure is created by Stronger based on an image drawn by Choko Fuji. Miku's acrylic stand is printed with background artwork from the original image.
Pre-orders open on February 1 and the figure will ship in November. Each figure costs 11,852 yen (US$98) and can be pre-ordered at Snow Miku Sky Town, AmiAmi, or the Synapse Mall websites. Orders are accepted until March 13.
Snow Miku Sky Town is celebrating the Snow Miku 2016 festival with the rest of Sapporo from February 5-11.
