DC Comics and Sanrio Partner for Hello Kitty Super-Villains

Sanrio, Warner Brothers, and DC Comics have expanded their lineup of Hello Kitty crossover products to also include villains, namely Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn.

The costumed Hello Kittys will be featured on apparel, accessories, shoes, stationery, food products, and more. According to Warner Bros. Consumer Products EMEA VP and general manager Pilar Zulueta, "...for our follow up style guide we were keen to mine the rich gallery of Super-Villains that can further enhance the cool factor of this brand collaboration."

Hello Kitty is celebrating her 40th birthday this year, with an official convention, standardized tests, wrestling collaborations, and more.
