Tom Cruise's All You Need Is Kill Poster Showcases Powered Armor Suit

Warner Bros. Pictures tweeted the Comic-Con International poster for the All You Need Is Kill 3D film by director Doug Liman (The Bourne Identity, Mr. and Mrs. Smith). The poster reveals that the film's title has been changed to Edge of Tomorrow. Warner Bros. added that footage of the film will be shown at the convention.

The film adapts Hiroshi Sakurazaka's original Japanese prose novel and revolves around a battle-armored soldier who finds himself dying and re-incarnating over and over again. The film stars Tom Cruise, Emily Blunt, Charlotte Riley, Kick Gurry, and Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

Viz Media published Sakurazaka's novel in English to launch its Haikasoru imprint for Japanese science fiction and fantasy in 2009. The book's cover art was drawn by Yoshitoshi ABe (Serial Experiments Lain, Haibane Renmei).

The film will open in the United States on June 6, 2014 after opening in select international theaters on May 30, 2014.
