Video game developer Square Enix began streaming a comparison video on Tuesday for its upcoming Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster video game. The video, which shows the opening scene from Final Fantasy X, compares the video from the original PlayStation 2 version and the upcoming PlayStation 3 version.
Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita are slated for release in Japan, the United States and Europe this year. The PS Vita versions will be released separately while the PS3 version will bundle both games together. Those who pre-order the PlayStation 3 version will get a limited-edition artbook with the game.
The original Final Fantasy X game shipped in North America in 2001, and the sequel shipped in North America in 2003.
