Final Fantasy's Sakaguchi Plans Party Wave iOS Game

Hironobu Sakaguchi's Mistwalker studio confirms surfing game as 1st iOS project
On its website, the game studio Mistwalker has confirmed Party Wave, the first of three planned projects for iOS devices such as the Apple iPhone and iPad. According to the site, Party Wave is still in development as an "iOS Surfing game." The website also notes that "Party Wave" is a provisional title.
Mistwalker was founded in 2004, a year after Hironobu Sakaguchi (Final Fantasy franchise, Blue Dragon) left Square. His most recent project was The Last Story, which shipped for the Wii last year. In addition to his game work, he conceived and directed the computer-animated film Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.
