Early on in the movie where Gohan and Videl enters their classroom at Orange Star High School, there is a brief appearance of a girl that looks like a younger Bulma from Dragon Ball. It's possible that the girl is Bra, Bulma and Vegeta's daughter from Dragon Ball GT.
The character Tapion has a sword that turns out to be the same one that Future (mirai) Trunks used during his appearance in Dragon Ball Z.
At the end of the movie, Tapion uses the same time machine that Future Trunks used. It's unknown whether Bulma repaired the time machine Cell used or created a new one.
When the credits roll, a clip that has Future Trunks defeating Mecha-Frieza is played but when the cast credits is shown, they are uncredited. This not only happens with the Japanese dub but the English dub as well.
