The scene in bar (episode 07) is a clear parody of Bartender series, from the place's name and design to the explanation of the drink served.
This anime was originally created to accentuate the "otaku-ness" observed in the live-action Japanese drama, 'Densha Otoko'. It served as the anime that the main character, and some other characters of this drama, obsessed over.
