In Episode 4, when the puppet theater head is being asked where she has the keys to the clubroom, in the background on a shelf, is an angel doll that is the exact one from the anime series Kanon.

In Episode 9, when the baseball game is on TV, right before they turn it off, you can see the words "KONAMI" on the fence. The original concept of the anime is by Konami

In Episode 22 The Card Game they play is Parody of Yu-Gi Uh Including several game rules and Holographic play field. With Rino's Card acting like Exodia.
