Trivia:

In episode 03, there are a lot of Ashita no Joe references. Around 5:35, with her eyepatch and reference to crossing the bridge in the opposite direction, the manager imitates Danpei Tange. He is the trainer of Joe Yabuki.

In episode 03, around 21:02, the manager sits down deprived off all color and saying that she is burned out, down to pure white ashes. This is a reference to the words of Joe Yabuki from Ashita no Joe and the final scene of the anime.
