'Kingdom Hearts 2.9' Listed in Director's LinkedIn Profile

The LinkedIn profile of Richard VanDeventer, a game director in Osaka, listed the title "Kingdom Hearts 2.9" on his profile under Square Enix. The game title is listed as a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 game.
VanDeventer's profile also listed his work on Square Enix's upcoming Kingdom Hearts III game. He worked with Square Enix for 11 months.

Kingdom Hearts III is slated for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. Epic Games is assisting with the game's development, using Unreal Engine4.
Square Enix is also releasing the Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ smartphone game in the West. The game is the first Kingdom Hearts title for smartphones that will get an English release, and it will be free-to-play with in-game purchases. It released the game in Japan on September 3 for iOS and Android.
