which is exactly the reason why some fans of steaphnie seph was worried when it was announced she was voicing usagi.


too much work would definitely nuke anyone's vocal chords and jessica carvelo learned that lesson the hard way during excel saga.

hopefully it not career threatening, but maybe this will serve as a message to some VAs that though your extremely talented, your only still human after all.

I don't know what vocal cord polyps are, but they sound painful.

Oh good, I was worried it might be cancerous (or tumorous), since I most commonly hear about bodily polyps with tumors and cancer.

I highly suspect one of the "mystery" reasons for the discrepancy is yelling at misbehaving children - it's usually the mother's job and the age bracket is just right.

But it is good to hear treatment is simple - normally things bad enough to knock you out of comission for so long aren't easy to treat.
