Totoro must be proud knowing that there are many folks that care for his forest is and want to maintain its beauty.

Sunday is his day off. He's always doing things like this on his Sundays (like cleaning the river, as mentioned in the article).

Glad to see Mr. Miyazaki is doing some good during his retirement. But we really don't need to worry about Totoro coming to attack us, what we really need to fear are the Raccoon's attacking like in Pom Poko. Laughing
