Really, really sad the 'The World God Only Knows' didn't make this list; the ending to that series was so perfect, and the series as a whole was so good. Oh well; i'm sure Tokyo Ghoul manga was really good too

That Naruto didn't come in first, and that Kenichi wasn't on this list were major surprises. I love the Tokyo Ghoul manga, but to see more love for ghouls than ninjas is shocking. Not that the ghoul sales will ever reach Naruto's numbers, but still.

The manga for Tokyo Ghoul actually beat the sales for Naruto this year. animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-11-30/top-selling-manga-in-japan-by-series-2014/.81607 |

Naruto didn't come in first?
Looks like I underestimated Tokyo Ghoul's popularity. |

I'm talking about 15 years worth of sales in Naruto's case, verse the popularity Ghoul has had for 3 years at most. |

Just like people before said, it's a surprise Koe no Katachi and Kenichi didn't even make it to the list. I only know Rozen Maiden, Naruto, Oh My Godess and Tokyo Ghoul from that list

Awesome that Ah! My Goddess made it in the poll- it was a really fun read with the Goddess Trio (and Peorth).

Whoa, tough competition this year, especially considering the series that didn't even place.

Interesting, but exactly how many people and what demographics voted? That has a lot to do with which titles made the list and which didn't.

I still have a long way to go on AMG, but at least a few plot revelations made all of the porn feel more official.

If the otaku in Japan feel anything like I do, the ending is the only reason it's not on the list :p Ayumi forever!!! |

Tragically, Claymore only ever seemed to be 'kinda' popular. It definitely deserves to be on that list, but i'm guessing it was mostly otaku who voted (from the fanservice stuff) |
