Maybe they're taking this Attack on Titan thing TOO far. Calm down, please.

They see an opportunity to make an anime mainstream. Odds are they won't stop milking it until long after the series is over ( that's including the anime). Unless of course, people become disinterested which doesn't seem to be the case yet, otherwise this would be pointless. Of course they're overdoing if, but if it works, it works.

I came here to say what everyone else is saying. They need to stop with all this SnK stuff. Its getting out of hand, pretty soon we'll be seeing SnK x Obama crossover goods.

why? I think it's a good idea, especially for figure lovers.
at least they're milking something that's still relatively new, not like some other folks [One Hideaki Anno for starters]

It's like they know voids are being created by some bigger titles coming to a close, but they're forcing Shingeki into too many places too fast. Madoka blew up too, but nothing quite like this, and it's already begun its cooling phase.

Nice idea. I wouldn't mind subscribing if the idea wasn't so impractical for my situation: I can't read Japanese and monthly air freight expense across the pond makes acquiring the individual figurine very expensive.
If I could convince the subscription service to route the magazine and figurine to any vendor in Japan I already do business with like AmiAmi, BIJ, HLJ, or like-minded figurine purveyor forwarder willing to combine this with my usual doll order and ship over here without a proxy commission involved then, damn, I would bite on that deal hook, line, and sinker.

When you have a popular franchise, you will get so many items are made to the point where it might be hard for a series not to get milked,
