Too bad the manga series ended way too early. Soon as it started to pick up steam they canned it, must have not done to well.
I liked the series wish I could read the light novels.
Won't be picking this one up since it abruptly ends out of no where.

Yeah, I had a look around and saw people mention that it had a "slice of life" ending to this 5 volume manga adaption. To me, just sounds like it was open ended.
No thanks, though I did kind of like the anime...though that also suffers from an open ending. Actually enjoyed the main characters in this fanservice show.
Seeing as how the LNs are done, don't think we'll see it getting any further anime/manga adaptions.
For me, YenPress have just thrown some money down a hole with this one. I hope it does well for them. But, I do wonder if many would go into this series blind, and if they do look into things, whether they'd pick up a manga that has no real ending.

Its a shame because the Light Novels are pretty interesting. They get into the MC background, and how his dad is actually the main antagonist, from the other noble family, and he is basically half shinigami. The only hint in the anime was that he had the other half of the sword.

That does sound interesting. Too bad Yen decided to get the manga and not the LNs. Would've gone in for the LNs.

I just finished reading the manga a few weeks ago, thought it was great. Fantastic that Yen Press have licensed it, looking forward to adding it to my collection.
Also Yen seem to be licensing almost everything I want at the moment which is great. Now, hurry up and license Freezing please!
