Well this is interesting and something we're definitely interested in. The first ideal leading up to Princess Mononoke. But the concept sounds definitely borrowed from the Beauty and the Beast mold with an Asian twist. Looks like the cat bus got a another starring role.

Gatsu I bought the Dark Crystal hardcover book for $30.00 it's now priced at $35.00. So $34.99 seems to be a the price now for books like these is this hard cover and how many pages in the book and color illustrations does it have.

I remember seeing this book on the shelves of a Kinokunya many years ago. I was interested, but I never bought it. I'll probably get the English translation...

Oh that one. Viz put pics up of it on their Facebook (looks like the Japanese one though) and it actually looks just as fancy as an artbook. Don't see any pre-order listings for it yet, but I'm sure it'll be around the same price as the regular art book for online prices.
