The previous two were full of crappy, cheap CGI and left out too much of the manga, so I have a hard time believing this one will be any different, even if it was postponed before its release. They should already start working on an OVA reboot with a different production team that will do things properly.

Having read some spoilers, this still cuts out some of the best parts of the manga leading up the Eclipse. I was really looking forward to finally seeing of that more ridiculous stuff animated, too, even with the obsolete CGI models, because of how wickedly violent it was.

given how apparently VIZ had the english dub completed in december 2012 and we aren't going to get the movie available to buy until august, we'll probably see the 3rd one released here sometime late 2014 -_-

The second film is being released in August.
