You might want to change the title of the article to "received" from "sent". "Sent" can be used that they were sent something, or that they were the one who sent it. So the title is very ambiguous.

wait so why exactly are these threats being sent? cause if it's complaints over a parody then the person is blowing this way out of proportion

Basketball is serious business!

Heck, 30 for 30 just had a documentary about this! Laughing

Very nearly everyone has some-one-thing that they like / worship / invest their ego in to such a degree that if you touch on it in any form, or fashion, it will cause that person to become irritated to some extent.

It appears to be basketball, as parodied in Kuroko, that is that some-one-thing for this individual. Confused

I'd be hard pressed to find anyone who makes legitimate death threats over any created work not out of proportion.

I hope they trace the letter back to its original sender and nail guy. What the heck goes on in the heads of crazy fans like this?

Hope this nut job gets arrested. Sure Kuroko isn't remotely realistic basketball but it's nothing worth sending death threats over.

KuroBasu isn't really a parody though... It's definitely not realistic but it isn't really a parody.

Either way, who the hell does that? Hope they catch the bastard.

Does it seem like there's more of these death threats as of late? There was that Gundam director whose computer was apparently hacked to send death threats, and now this guy. It kind of makes me wonder if this stuff happened before and we just didn't hear about it over here, or if this is a more recent trend.

The title is not very ambiguous. It's clearly saying stating that the Creator was the one who sent the threats. Missing "was" does not make it ambiguous it just makes it a screw up.
