One title kept from the previous week? Is that a record?

So excited for Blue Exorcist's success! Maybe the likelihood of its anime being licensed will increase now that manga sales are so stellar?

That's hard to do. EVERYONE I know that reads One Piece, don't buy it :/ People here love One Piece, but it won't always equal out to sales numbers |

I buy the anime. I view the anime sets as something that I can spend 5 hours or so watching for $20-25. Whereas a manga volume is something I can be done with in 30-40 minutes and it costs, what $10 now? It just doesn't seem worth it when compared to the anime.

Most anime (except for SAVE sets) aren't THAT cheap even during a 40% off sale at RightStuf. Whereas most manga range from $10-13 so it's more like $7-10 if you're shopping at the right places. Anyway, I know someone will be happy to see Claymore on the list as I remember them being worried about its sales in the recent Claymore review thread. |

Cool. I'm happy for Naruto, Bleach, FMA, and etc. Viz is dominating.

Since Aniplex is doing the simulcast for Blue Exorcist themselves it sounds like they'll probably release it as well, although you're right that good manga sales never hurt anything. |

that is miracle that there is people outside japan able to read this stuff yesterday I was watching episodes from 470 to 490 and I swear that Naruto filler is much better |

Bakuman's art seems to be getting weirder, maybe worse, as the volumes trudge onward, which makes me very sad. Can anyone tell me if the female characters get better as it goes? Or am I doomed to be irritated by their one-dimensionalness forevermore?
That aside, glad FMA is up there. Vol. 25 was amazing. I'm both giddy and sad that the final vol. is fast approaching. I'll surely miss collecting this series, but it's been one helluva ride. Always great to see Yen on the list. |

I was honestly expecting Blue Exorcist to rank higher than it did, but still, it sells impressively for a relatively new series.
Always nice to see Ouran High School Host Club make the list, but I was surprised by One Piece because I was under the impression that the manga didn't sell incredibly well stateside (anime aside). I wonder how many titles will stay on this list next week. |

Did you just stack the Impel Down arc against all of Naruto's filler arcs? lol okay then. Never mind that reading it =/= watching it . . . |
