This is somewhat worrying to me. What shall happen to Fractale now?

Thank goodness!

I was sooo worried that they weren't going to get this after one of the last two went up in the air.

Now both titles I wanted to watch this season have a Simulcast. I'm looking forward to this one the most, though, definitely!

is that accurate? no other site on the internet (in english) says it's about transgendered people other than ANN.

everywhere else just says the boy wants to be a girl and the girl wants to be a boy.

which one is right...?

...that's what 'transgender' means.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender

You might be confusing the term with 'transsexual'.

^^That is what it's about.

The tenth show will be announced today so I'm pretty sure we're getting Level-E announcement anytime soon.

That's more or less what transgendered means; they feel their gender identity does not fit their sex.

There have been several cases of this in the UK; it's a sensitive issue, and could make for some really interesting drama.

Not necessarily. Although, I suppose it's a more child-friendly way of saying it. It's not necessarily that they want to be the opposite sex, it's that they feel like they belong to the opposite sex and that their bodies are wrong.

I'm pretty sure that this series is about being transgendered. The wording "want" is probably just, as I said, a much softer way of saying it. Even though it is not necessarily accurate. Whatever.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Funimation have a deal with Noitamina to exclusively simulcast all their shows? Did they look at the subject matter and decide to pass on it?

We already knew that US, Canada, UK and presumably Ireland would get all ten, and that two of the UK ones would be for subscribers only.

The regional distribution news that is filling in is the rest of the world:

Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Portugal and Brazil: 7 out of 9

Australia and New Zealand: 5 out of 9

Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Spanish America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and Africa: 3 out of 9

The rest of Europe and rest of Asia: 1 out of 9.

Also surprised that Curnchyroll's streaming this; I would've bet on Funimation. Also wondering about who's streaming Fractale now.

Huh, guess all those predictions were right (fingers crossed that they were right about Level E too), although I wonder if this means that Funimation passed on the show (on their recent FuniCon they mentioned that they were really worried about streaming Shiki since they didn't think it would be popular and I suppose the same thing might have happened here). And I too hope that someone else grabs Fractal, since it's one of the most anticipated series in the ANN poll maybe they should get it!

I'm not all that surprised that this was stolen by Crunchyroll since they're streaming Aoi Hana too. But still, yay! I can't wait to see it!
