So they're doing this to promote tourism. Interesting idea. But I feel they need to do more of these types of shorts like they've been doing. It's work and also brings you business too. Getting 2 things for the price of one.

I may sound rude. Style my A$$. The first and third one have boring stereotypical Anime/Manga look. Second one is more unique and quirky.

For past few years, Japanese are promoting Anime tourism through published materials. I have this book that tells real life locations of various Anime titles. It has map and photos to prove the existence. Anyway, I hope that Anime tourism lasts for long time. I don't want it to be as short term trend. Hopefully Anime studios make more hit shows that put more towns in the spotlight.

The thing about the second one that's interesting is the extremely THICK toyama accent. Those guys barely speak Japanese, it's like another language almost.
