Hey!, Delirium is more-or-less moe
But the Sandman is much less linear than just a story "about a war". BTW, the Comic Book Defense Fund thing website has SIGNED copies of Sandman for "sale"!! One of the very few times I wish I lived in the US - because shipping charges are a real killer

It also reads like a Masamune Shirow manga.
(Unlike CLAMP's, where pages and pages of art with minimal words.)
