Haha oh man. This is one of the times I wish I had that channel. Oh well, there's always Netflix.

You aren't the only one. I really hope Dish Network adds it to the lineup, hopefully without any extra fees for it. |

You and me both, hon. But yeah, there's plenty of other options to see it. (MustbuyDVDsMustbuyDVDsMustbuyDVDs) I'm so excited to experience the dub ver.! And to finally own this series! (or at least the first half-box) |

If you want the FUNimation Channel for your home...
all you need to do is request it. Step 1. Call Cable/Dish Operator Step 2. Ask for Customer Service Rep Politely…please Step 3. Explain to them that FUNimation Channel is a 24 hour anime channel Step 4. Let them know you would keep with them or switch providers to receive the channel. Also.... Send note in your next cable bill Fill out customer service forms on Cable/Dish websites Go to Cable office and ask in person! Better yet…bring them baked goods every week until they add the channel. That's the best way to let the cable/dish companies know you want the channel. They file these requests and send them to the corporate offices for review. great, now ouran is available to watch on tv in all of 3 locations...yay
meh, I was gonna buy the dvds anyway. I'm a bit ambivalent about the dub, but at least I'll have it subbed. |

Wow, that's really smooth progress going on there. Kudos for getting things rolling to Funimation, this series is one of the more funnier ones that I have seen recently.

Nor do I. It doesn't pay to be a non-dishnetworker user when Funi is brining heavy-hitters like Ouran. |

Lance Heiskell posts here? i had no idea. anysways, it's cool that they're adding new stuff to the channel, but i think the main focus right now should be expanding markets. after the economic clusterf*ck that went down this week, i would worry about getting the medium to as many people as possible, i don't know a single person that has the channel yet. I got to see the first episode premiere at NDK. We had a full Ouran Host Club cosplay group and Catlin Glass stopped us in the hall, took our picture and posted it on the funimation site.
http://www.funimation.com/ouran/ http://lxtrix.deviantart.com/art/Ouran-Host-Club-02-at-NDK-08-98147540 So it's great it's becoming increasingly popular. |
