I don't put my hope up for the return of E3 given the environment thanks to live-streaming and console makers like Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft having their own showcase/broadcasting events to unveil new consoles and games. So I don't see E3 probably making a return, but I would be shocked if E3 got revived.

Granted, my comment was vague without the needed context, but early E3 was more like a typical industry trade show rather than the game announcement weekend/video game convention for influencers that late E3 was. This sounds like early E3, the more standard industry trade show.

I see, thank you for the clarification although I wasn't that confused by what you wrote. But as I said, I don't put my hope for E3 to make a comeback revival in the near future, I would be shocked if it's announced that E3 is revived and the likes of that.
