Capitalism Ho! This is still one of my top 5 Steam games since *checks notes* I created an account over 20 years ago! I hope it gets released here in the west! Would be great to finally have it working on Steam Deck and Linux (it works and runs fine but no sound).

So no other changes other than the graphics? Don't see much of a reason to buy this when I have the original.

Probably if some people refuse to play games that aren't in widescreen. |

The original game doesn't play nicely on Steam Deck, so if the HD version does anything to make it run nicer on modern systems I'm down for it

Its a shame the translation studio was not able to keep going after their 4th title. But nothing ended up gaining traction after Recettear.
Not to mention a lot more Japanese content started getting ported to steam through the main studious after the anime boom was complete. |

They are still working. Andrew Dice and Robin Light Williams, after an extremely tumultuous experience with Trails in the Sky SC, were brought back by NISA to help work on Trails through Daybreak. https://x.com/spacedrakecf/status/1809378272356233239?t=09An7gH4DdQPSW5Dp0adgQ |
