Having read a good part of the manga before dropping it, the beginning is a little slow, but in about 3-4 episodes really starts to lean into the ridiculousness of the premise. I really enjoyed it and don’t really recall why I stopped reading

I came close to dropping the manga after reading the first volume, but it improved from volume 2 onward and is now a fav. I'll be looking out for this.
