Are we sure this is the same Kujira? She already has 2 current ongoing josei series, and this one doesn't really seem to fit the kind of work she does. I can't make out the tiny text above the name くじら in the ad, but the characters I could read didn't seem to resemble the jp titles for her other well-known works. I think she also tends to be listed as KUJIRA (roman letters) on the Japanese books, not hiragana. Maybe this is a LN writer with a similar name.

Yeah seems like a mistake. The source tweet links to @kujiramofusiki, a different account than @kujira92 on KUJIRA's page that is linked to in the article.
*rough translation* Long time doujin author. Debuted in 2023 with "落とし堕とされ推し押され" that lasted two volumes. Preparing new serialization. |
