Really could care less about the NFT aspect of the article, but the animation of 'Into the Garden' did hook me into wanting to watch more of this story.

The NFT org is really just a financier for the anime. Maybe just a member of the production committee.

Web3 and NFTs are a grift and I won't touch anything related to it. There's nothing that web3 brings to the table that couldn't be done more easily and efficiently using non-web3 techniques. The added benefits boil down to either just gambling or hollow promises about future possibilities (e.g. being able to trade items across games).

Supporting artists is also wholly separate from web3. There's nothing inherent in web3 that would improve support for artists. More likely, it is just another way for companies to make more money and doesn't materially change anything in comparison to traditional productions. Instead, the focus should be on supporting artists today, across industries and technologies, not relying on promises that technology will magically fix things.

So... what ever happened to Sunflower "Hi friend!" Samurai? I was hoping for a sequel to the funniest forum thread... actually maybe just the funniest thing period that I've ever read!

Could they be any more literal about taking the Red Pill (I guess that's what azuki signifies eh)

Animation looks good, I'd hate for it to become like that other movement named Red Pill. There is an overlap between crypto bros and that crowd after all.
