I am delighted!
Though I do wish they would announce these before the literal day before airing.

Same, especially since they got the baton pass segment for Soaring Sky's finale so it was kinda weird to wait a week for the announcement, lol.

Selfishly, I did not mind here... that week felt like a couple days, and the Hero Girl is still on my mind lol.

This will also be the first Pretty Cure season (Power of Hope is considered a spinoff) to be simulcasted in Europe!
Don't know why Europe kept getting skipped, but it's great they're finally getting a series simulcast.

Toei continues to screw off Southeast Asia as they see us as a Piracy-driven nation and their shows are too sacred to land on that region.
Literally screw it, what is the point of all the licensing if they even want to drive an even bigger wedge.

Europe actually loves Precure. It did very well on tv and if the fans who actually wanted a dub spoke up, it would have been hard to sweep them under the rug like they've done so far.

Where in Europe was Pretty Cure popular? Italy?

Heh, it def is a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things, plus during that time I have started Hugtto! PreCure which I've been enjoying a lot so far. Hoping Wonderful PreCure! will be fun too!

Precure fanbase is not just for kids or little girl, but also older viewers who usually discussing or talk about it in this site and twitter/x, i think this is show that precure had a decent fanbase in the west. Should there be an attempt to make another english dub (this time should be faithful) ?

Not sure if it's alright to mention here, though I didn't see a specific rule for it, but I made a series discussion thread for the series, in case anyone's interested in discussing the episodes there!

I would love a faithful English dub, but precisely because the franchise is made for children. It's honestly a shame that the actual demographic Pretty Cure's made for would have a little more trouble getting into it because the faithful releases are all sub-only.

That's because the Glitter Force dubs were discontinued and Toei's recent trajectory since 2020 has been to target older audiences.
On the other hand, a new dub would be much appreciated---not only to prove that Pretty Cure can be dubbed faithfully in English, but it's also the only IP of Toei's that hasn't received any dubs in recent years.

I'm grateful we live in a time where Crunchyroll can be counted on to simulcast the latest Precure series.
I only wish they'd make more of an effort to sub the backlog.

Especially since the mahou tsukai sequel is coming this year, and the only place to watch the season legally is Anime Digital Network (Which services France).
Also wish they could get the movies; All Stars F deserves a Western release.
