God r/Animedubs and everyone else needs to calm the hell down about Konosuba's dub cast. Crunchyroll has no reason to recast anyone here or even take the show away from Bang Zoom, given that every other old LA dub besides Mob has kept their original casts. And Faye Mata's old statement doesn't mean shit if she deleted that tweet not long after she posted it.

I guess as long as they don't have an incentive to be as hardcore a simuldub as Mob was they don't need to recast.

Nah, people should be concerned. It's only been a month since Crunchyroll announced that every member of the Trails of Cold Steel games would be returning to their roles in the anime...and then recast all of them without any explanation.

Don't trust Sony not to screw up easy shit.

No mention in the article how one hour prior to the crunchyroll press release, this was first announced in La Mole convention in Mexico City.

*sigh* No, they shouldn't be worried. Why they couldn't have just delayed that dub until they were able to work things out is completely beyond me, but nonetheless, that case is more of an outlier. None of the VAs that were replaced have said it was because of union issues. Not to mention I heard Max Mittelman was able to reprise his role for at least one episode before he had to be recast.

Besides, it's an easy one to get away with since no one gives a shit about the show anyway. LOL

So please, stop over-worrying about this situation before things get worse.
