Bring it on ready for season two. That release date is half a year away that's a lifetime.

I read that it is not very detailed adaptation of my favorite manga. Well, I will see the first season to compare.

The first season was a massive surprise in that it was actually really well done and is probably the gold standard for Netflix manga adaptations. Really looking forward to Season 2.

The same crew working on Yu Yu Hakusho is why I haven’t completely dismissed that either.

Shinsuke Sato at the helm is pretty much an automatic guarantee of well-done entertainment. Looking forward to how the story wraps up (assuming this is the last season that covers the rest of the manga), and if this gets a blu-ray release in Japan I would love if it came with English subs so I can own this!

Never read the manga, but I thought the first season was great. Looking forward to getting more! I had actually given up hope that we would get a second season. Anime smile + sweatdrop

How so? It was confirmed it's getting s2 right after s1 ended, maybe few weeks or month after. The show was huge success.

Also I really need all of you to read the manga. Please. If you liked the show, manga is times better- AND it's getting officially published and translated so you have no excuses not to read it! Wink

Really? Considering how mighty impressed I was with the show (although pretty much everything Shinsuke Sato does impresses me), this definitely intrigues me. I'll think about it!

To be fair, COVID screwed with a few renewals, most notably GLOW. But this show was quite popular, and then it got a second life as “show most likely to be binged after Squid Game” which really helped it.
