They couldn't resist Okamoto as Inuzuka given the Bakugo resemblance...

Will it be a short series with three minute episodes? I don't see how could it work any different. The manga got boring really fast, every chapter was about the girl having one (not really cool) line or act and the guy spacing out because of it.

Seeing as the article says it's on the ANiMAZiNG slot, which just aired 2-cour of the full-length Jahy-sama, and is airing the full-length Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san this season, I'd estimate the chances of this not being full-length to be in the general range of .000001%

Yeah, not really. The early chapters were like that because of the series' roots as a twitter manga. After it moved to official serialization in manga pocket, it quickly becomes more arc-based with a still expanding supporting cast. After vol 2 or around chapter 14 the series starts to feature longer arc-based storylines which can sometime took more than 1 volume to complete. The culture festival arc and the recently completed school trip are especially among my favorites.

Oh, I missed (or forgot) that this adaptation got announced. I only read a little past the first volume, but it was fun. Should be nice to see it animated.

I was about to ask the same, having read just the first 2 volumes of the manga. I guess it switches to more "normal" length chapters and pacing as it goes. Maybe they'll just cut out some of the earlier stuff that is just a few pages in length and start at the longer bits.
