As I posted in the previous thread:
Please do not post any rumors or unverified information in this thread. We at ANN are monitoring the situation and will be updating our articles and posting new ones as soon as we are sure all the information we are reporting on is credible and accurate. We know everyone is still reeling and processing from this disaster. But spreading unverified rumors will only make the situation worse in both the short and long term. Links to articles that might have credible new information about the situation are definitely OK. Thank you. Edit: ANN is already aware of a Go Fund Me set up by Sentai Filmworks to raise funds for Kyoto Animation, but we have decided not to report on that or provide a link to it until Sentai Filmworks has confirmed with ANN how the funds will be used and that Kyoto Animation has agreed to accept the funds. |

This may be a bit overbearing at this point, but I'm going to remove the link to Sentai's gofundme for now and wait until more details come out for how Sentai will be working with KyoAni to get these funds to help them. If anyone wishes to jump in and help anyways, it can be easily found through an internet search. The intention is well-meaning and I want to find a way to help as well, but I think give the news reporters some time to gather this info is best. --Crisha

According to the Kyoto City fire department, the fire is out now. http://disif.kyotofire.jp/annai/main/
I hope all of the injured can recover. |

This makes me sick. Whoever did this I hope gets fully prosecuted and if found guilty gets death penalty.
Awesome sentai doing gofund me for survivors and company. |

Also 30 people still missing. Which means we'll likely see the death toll continue to rise. This just keeps getting worse. What an awful awful thing. |

@Crystalyn "in cardio-pulmonary arrest" Is a formulation routinely used in Japan for victims who have died but whose deaths have not yet been officially confirmed.
Your article & updates should make note of that sad fact. |

We have, that is why the article states this: "In Japan, police do not confirm a death at the scene; instead, the victim must be transported to a hospital and a qualified doctor must first confirm the death before police can officially confirm the death." |
