Somehow you overlooked Heybot! in this run down. Must be an accidental oversight.

Wut!? A list of Zodiac-inspired anime, and no mention of Saint Seiya? Shocked

I'm a little surprised Fairy Tail wasn't included since the keys introduced the Zodiac signs to a newer generation of anime fans at the time.

Also, Saint Seiya.

Yeah this seems like a major oversight all things considered.

Maybe it was too obvious?

Saint Seiya is not very popular in english speaking countries, many fans have yet to discover it. Meanwhile Sailor Moon feels shoehorned, I think there are tons of animes (i.e. Naruto) out there where they mention characters birthdate/zodiac sign somewhere in the official merchandise

Other obvious oversights (other than Heybot! of course), featuring main characters who are anthropomorphic zodiac signs and are available in English:

Juni Taisen: Zodiac War (like Saint Seiya, just searching for "Zodiac" on this site's own encyclopedia would have brought this up) (my scroll finger is too fast!)
Etotama

Less obvious, in that it's not on any EN streaming services:

Eto Ranger - from the director of Samurai Pizza Cats, a team of 12 anthropomorphic animal heroes.

Perhaps, maybe, you might like to read the article a liiittle more carefully...

Try the current Pretty Cure series, Star Twinkle. Their main objective is to collect the 12 pens of the Star Princesses, each represent a Zodiac sign with some character(Leo-Lion,Gemini-2 girls), that were scattered after they were attacked by the NotRaiders. Even their mascot fairy changes form when they restore a princess and after the preview they show 3 random "Lucky Signs" horoscopes.

I was just going to chastise myself!

Honestly, it's a little worrying as that's the second thing in two days I've done that with. Might be the tablets I'm on.

Yes they were even called the Devas as a reference to Buddhism.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Saint Seiya on here, that used the 12 Zodiacs for its Gold Saints, I was expecting that and not Sailor Moon on there (I'm a Libra, matching Shiryu and Venus, though if the Ophiuchus constellation is counted as a 13th sign [is it?] I'd be a Virgo, matching Shun and Mercury, instead). Speaking of Sailor Moon, don't forget how in the first season of the original anime, Nephrite relied on the powers of the Zodiac constellations, such as the monsters Castor and Pollux from the Gemini.

Etotama looks interesting, I'll give that a look, and maybe similarly with Star Twinkle Precure (even if Cures Star and Milky's designs look awful), which like what another commenter said, is also using that element.

Starry Sky is the game that got me into dating sims (and also the thing that made me realize I really like anthropomophization in my harems. Before that I thought Hetalia was a fluke). It's too bad the anime adaptation was SO BAD Laughing

Juni Taisen was fun, but not nearly as good as I was hoping it would be.

And, of course, we have Furuba <3
