These Gundam parodies featured in Pokemon anime could lead this episdoe to be banned entirely from outside of Asia due to copyright claims of using Gundam characters on it.

You got a source to back up that claim cheif ? Most nations protect parody and satire under fair use so i'm not seeing how this would not be released. |

The Episode name's hasn't been annouced yet and the all the scene featring Megumi Hayashibara's collection roles could lead episode to be banned entrely due to copyright claim owned by the non-Nintendo companies, it also contains Star Wars references, The Slayers, The Revolutionary Girl Utena (the scene where Mallow and Lillie act as an lesbian romance could also lead ban due to LGBT issues), The Tetsujin 28-go and the Glass Mark. It's kinda sad this is what Pocket Monsters has devolved into. Meme faces and pop culture references over substance and good writing. It's even more sad that these are the reasons Americans are even paying attention to the anime after years of ignoring it since they saw the original 4Kids dub as kids.
At least the New Years special popularity rankings showed us Japan still ranks XY stuff over SM, so that's nice. |

Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s bad because you know every pokemon season is serious and has to have serious story telling get over yourself, it’s a kid show meant to sell games. Also just because one series is popular in Japan that does not make the decision the end all be all decision. |

It was because of English censorship that Dark Gundam and Burning Gundam are more famously known in the United States by those names instead of Devil Gundam and God Gundam, aside from the fact that other Gundam names in that series were also changed for the dub.
