i am using php file and i have the script but i can't seem to get it to show the news feed on my site.

Code:

{IFMORE}{ENDIF}{TITLE} ({DATE} {TIME}){IFMORE}{ENDIF}
{SHORTTEXT} [ {IFMORE}More{ENDIF}{IFNOMORE}No More{ENDIF} ]


it shows up like that.
