I find it ironic that this article appeared on ANN on October 24th with links to submit entries on the page. When the deadline is October 10th.

Chris McDonald, ANN CEO, posted a link to some entries over a week ago on twitter.

Oh... dear... Mine sucks... I wish I could see the entries closer, though... But still... Make me wish I could've made a better story for my hero...

And now I feel even worse about this... Compared to some of those, my back story sucks... Congrats to the winners, when ever they get posted. I shall hope to find the figures at con... maybe. Here's hoping.

From the 1st revealed page of entries, my top choices for best descriptions are Black Plasma and Blood Pegasus. For best designs, Blood Pegasus and Goodwill looked pretty neat. My super-hero hasn't been posted yet, but I'm still hoping that I have a chance at the big prize! I wonder if Anime News Network has already contacted the winners....

Wow! Good job everyone! These are all amazing.
My vote goes to Gemini. Two heroes for the price of one! |

Great job everyone! Looking forward to see the remaining entries!
For now, my vote goes to the Confederate Ranger. Not only is the writing funny and satirical but the art is also well-drawn. And for some reason he really stands out LOL |

This show is quite oriented to the fujoshi crowd, the entries clearly show this.

I have to say that I'm quite a fan of Aquarius. Former Janitor turned Superhero who can turn into Water and wants to "clean up" the city? Perfect.
Accent isn't too bad, for a touch of elitism. Breaker Wolf has a pretty good power and design, and also sounds amusing. Goodwill also sounds interesting. Blood Pegasus has a cool design, but I feel like he doesn't quite fit in with Tiger and Bunny, thematically speaking. |

Hey! Not only are most of these really good, they even fit in with the aesthetic feel of the show!
Nice job everyone and congrats! |

Yeah I'm really glad I didn't enter this, I wouldn't have had a chance.
I think that Accent has the best design. |

Yeah, those Gemini twins rock. Cyberpunk superheroes, and their character designs are super-cute. Kudos to their creator. and I don't think anybody should be embarrassed by their submissions. At least you entered. (I didn't ) |
