Ok, there is only 1 choice at all: English
so, if i buy licensed manga, and its in local language, and its my time to rate that manga, what choice can i pick? don't remember? please add more country in the list thanks for answering, regards. |

By default, only the options you mentioned are available.
However, by clicking the link shown in the example below, you enable A LOT of additional languages.

Rate it in English first, then go to your MyManga and edit your rating for that manga. There should be three lines saying:

Rating it in English first isn't really necessary since you can enable more languages as soon as you've said that you've read it, unless I'm missing something. |

I was simply suggesting the most simple way, as one must edit the rating in MyManga in order to add a rating for another language edition. |

Actually, no; you can add the new language right when you first add a rating. |

I think we're talking about different things: if a MyManga title has not been rated at all, the "Edit / Add" buttons would not appear. An unrated title:
